Defective Prints:
We take great care in packaging and shipping your prints. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective print, we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund.
Definition of a Defective Print:
A defective print is defined as a print that exhibits significant flaws or damage, including but not limited to:
- Tears or rips in the print material
- Significant scratches or dents
- Incorrect print size or format (compared to your order)
- Severe color inconsistencies or fading
- Print defects due to manufacturing errors
Process for Returns and Refunds:
