1. Fulfillment and Shipping:

  • Print-on-Demand: We partner with Pictorem, a reputable print-on-demand vendor, to produce and ship your fine art prints. This allows us to offer a wide range of print options and ensure high-quality results.
  • Processing Time:
    • Once your order is placed, it is sent to Pictorem for processing.
    • The processing time for printing and packaging varies depending on the print type:
      • Acrylic Print: Typical lead time 7 working days.
      • Brushed Metal Print: Typical lead time 7 working days.
      • HD Sublimation Metal Print: Typical lead time 7 working days.
      • Puzzle Print: Typical lead time 5 working days.
      • Metal Print Epoxy: Typical lead time 12 working days.
      • Wood Print: Typical lead time 6 working days.
      • Mural Print: Typical lead time 5 working days.
      • Custom Photo Frame: Lead time may vary by moulding model. Please see the custom frame page for more details.
    • Please note that these are typical lead times and may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
    • Note: Processing times do not include delivery time.
  • Shipping Carriers: Pictorem utilizes various shipping carriers to deliver your orders. The specific carrier used will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs:

  • Shipping Options: We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, including standard and expedited shipping.  
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on:
    • The size and weight of your order
    • Your shipping address
    • The chosen shipping method
    • Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Shipping Destinations:

  • We ship globally. Please note that some remote locations may have limited shipping options or longer delivery times. Outside of USA and Canada only rolled prints.

4. Delivery Times:

  • Estimated Delivery: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are based on the shipping carrier's estimates.
  • Delivery Delays: While we strive to deliver your prints promptly, delivery times are not guaranteed. Factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, and customs processing, may affect delivery times.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.

5. Customs, Duties, and International Processing (International Shipping):

  • International Orders: For international orders, customs duties and taxes may be levied by your country's customs authorities.
  • Responsibility: You are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties and taxes.
  • Customs Delays: Customs processing may cause delays in delivery.
  • International Processing Times:
    • Please note that the processing times listed in section 1 apply to international orders as well.
    • These are typical lead times and may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
    • Please be aware that international shipments may experience longer processing and delivery times due to customs and other international shipping factors.  

6. Shipping Address:

  • Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
    Changes: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at store@jessegoff.art. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible once the order has been processed.

7. Damaged Shipments:

  • Inspection: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage, please document it with photographs and contact us immediately at store@jessegoff.art.
  • Claims: We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim for damaged shipments.
